CTA is available for troubleshooting, repair, and training at very reasonable rates.   We prefer to come to you so that we that we can better isolate the issue from among the many components in any home or office - hardware, software, peripherals (printers, etc.), Internet connectivity, and so on.   And yet, we do not charge for travel time and our minimum charge is only half an hour.   We would be happy to assist you with questions about your system and offer advice on upgrades during our visit.

CTA's approach is quite different from most computer repair companies.   We prefer to work with you on a complete solution.   You may see the symptoms of a problem.   We want to help prevent the problem from reoccuring.   For example, you might need to adjust how you use e-mail or how often you backup your files.   Communication is the key to any good relationship.   CTA consultants are good listeners.
